About the Event
Join Lit AF community members for a group cousciousness meetup centered on the topic of emotional processing. Participants will be given a certain amount of time to share with the group. This is a very special and intimate setting to share your current personal growth experience and receive support from people on a similar path. Sharing is optional and not required.
Group healing is so powerful to overcome common human experiences and let go of shared trauma. The meetup is hosted by certified meeting facilitator and Lit AF podcast host, Sarah Cohan.
